Do you ever feel everything in your life is working against you?
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been completely exhausted, stressed out and isolated. In those times I felt alone, misunderstood and resentful. In those feelings, I did things that kept me from what I wanted most.
- I wanted success but was too tired to work on my projects.
- I wanted closer connections but was too resentful to reach out.
- I wanted to feel loved but was too selfish to give love.
Any of this sound familiar?
Today, when my clients share their struggles, I remind them…
If you want to live a life you love, live a way you love.
It isn’t easy, but if you want success in life, this is what it is going to take. We cannot compromise the things we love most and expect to live a life we love.
That means aligning your beliefs, desires, thoughts, and actions to achieve the radical personal success you desire without sacrificing your health, wealth, and happiness.
How do you make it easy to align and create the success you desire in your life?
Organize For How You Want to Live
My “creative-free spirited” clients, fear organization. They’d rather fly by the seat of their pants. But the difference between organizing for something and flying by the seat of your pants is your chance and speed of success.
For more success, faster you must strategically plan out what you need when you need it, so it is there to support you when you need it most.
When you organize, you no longer suffer through…
- Overwhelm because you don’t have what you need.
- Fits of stress because you don’t know how you are going to do it all.
- Frustration because you are no further ahead now that you were a year, 5 years, or a decade ago.
What is Organization
Organization is not about what to do with the stuff in your life. It’s about making things easier. It’s just one of the ways you can set yourself up for success no matter what the task or mission.
Organization is a skill and just like any other skill, you can cultivate it. Never buy into the belief that you just don’t have it in you, or it’s not something that works for you.
Organization done right does not restrict you, it gives you more freedom.
Take it from me, an A-Type Creative.
How Do You Use Your Space
To organize for how you want to live, you have to think about how you want to live day to day in your life.
In this Thrive Vibe episode, I share 3 ways to organize for how you want to live so you can set yourself up for success and create a life worth living without sacrificing your health, wealth, and happiness.
To do that we have to think of everything from the way you dress to how you rest and everything in between.
Watch the video to get clear about how to organize your space so you can create more of what you want to feel and less of what you don’t.
Fill in the Gaps
As you move things around and clear things from your home, there will be a need to fill the gaps. Look for things to make the space you own by adding personal touches that reflect you now. If you created a reading station, could you use a blanket or a few note pads and pencils for use while you’re there? If so, get it. Missing the perfect chair for meditation? Get it.
Fill the gaps, organize for how you want to live, set yourself up for success, and make achieving what you want easier.
